i read harry potter and the philosophers stone by j.k rowling.This is the first book out of 7 and it is one of the best.It all starts when harrys parents die because of a dark wizard called Lord Voldemort.Harry grows up with muggles(non magical people)so he has no idea he is one of the most powerful wizard of all time.This is a really good book and would highlt recommend it to all age groups.
the Animal Kingdom by kate whyman there is diffrent chapters one on fish,amphibians,reptiles,birds,mammals,water animals,air animals,land animals.alot of chapters it is a great peice of writting and grate book if I was you i'd read it.
I have been reading a book called picking on perry it is verry good you should read it. it is about these two boy picking on the one boy and they stand up and slam there desk down and perry gets the blame and he goes to the teacher and says it was not my volt then he goes out side and the still pick on him. And then the end of the perry finds the bullys blazer and he goes up to him and gives him it you should read it is good AND NIVER PICK ON SOMEONE IT IS BAD
vampier stories by alan durant it is a bad book and is hard to read and thats what makes it a bad book and is confuseing.I would never read this book again.
The book i have been reading is called Fallen Son the death of Captain America.This book is about a guy called captain america who gets killed.His friends Wolverine,Hawkeye,spider-man and iron man are sorry to lose there friend Captain America. I enjoyed this book and would reckemend this book to the people of the age of 9 years old.
I have read Imperial Assasin by Mark Ronson.It is about a young legionnaire called Reynik he is just back from a mission in thrandor he wants to take revenge on an assassin called shalidar.he has to pretend to be an assassin but he is not happy with it because he has to kill inocent people what it ven worse is that his first hit is commander lutalo who is his father.this is a really good book i would recommend it
I have just read a book called jimmy coaster TARGET by Joe Craig. i thought this book was interesting i definetly recomend it to alot of people. it is about this boy who tries to swim through a refuse that has far too much force for him to handle.This thing called a hydraulic swivel system sucked him down the funnel if you read it you will find out the good bit to it .I definetly think people should read this book
I have been reading a book and it is called ghost sister and it goes like this this is lizzies story.... a house by the sea a gostly child a familly secret now her story heelds as ending and it is really good you should read it. it is really really good and here is a wee bit about it she pretens things you should read it.... get it
The book I have read is harry potter and the goblet of fire.The books about Harry Potter who some how enters an ancient tournament called the tri wizard tournament.The tournament about 3 schools who get A champion from each school to win a tournament.Harry doesnt now that he will see Lord Voldemort come back tod life.This is a really good book and would highly recommend to all age groups.
I Have Been reading a book called "Time Wreck" by vivien alcock.It is about a girl who claims she can see ghosts but no one beleives her, She wishes someone could beleive her, even see them too just to prove she wasn't crazy.The local bullies call her "spookie loonie" and shriek with laughter behind her.
When she is looking for a ghost she somehow goes though a warp and ends up in an alternate world...
The book i am reading is called The Blurred Man by Anthony Horwitz. It's about a man named Carter who has got a problem.He was supposed to meet a man.Carter told this man to send a picture of himself and this man did but it was really blurry and tim the detective has to find out who this man is.I would suggest this book to people in primary school.
Ghost Sister bu Lynne Marklam.This storie is about a girl called lizzie who moves away for all her friends in the city to a little town by the beach. Lizzie and her brother used to be really close but now Daniel has a new friend and dosen't want to hang about with his baby sister anymore.But Lizzies mum was left to her by her great aunt . Before she died she told Lizzies mother that the house would take care of Lizzie. And it did it gave Lizzie a friend because when her great aunt was younger her mothers brother died going to danish on a boat and she follows him but when she is on the boat it blows up but what she dosent know is that he has been given a different ship and he dosent die . So she searches the house looking for her brother but on her search she finds a friend in Lizzie
The book i am reading is called GAME BOY RELOADED and the author is ALAN DURANT.The book is about a boy calle Zak and his sister Mia they find a game boy game in the middle of a river and take it home and put it in Mia's gameboy.The game doesn't have a name it jst has a health warning.The game is about when Zak plays it then Mia plays it and they both get sucked inot the game and a giant octopus gets Zak.Once the octopus get Zak Mia has to come save him,I enjoyed this book and would recomend it to 1st years.
The book I have read is Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix by J.K.Rowling.Harry Potter has an encounter with some dementors who try to kill him so Harry has to use a patronus charm to get them away and therefore breack the law and uses magic outside of school.Harry goes back to Hogwarts and then starts having visions about what Voldemort is doing when he feals sad or happy.Then they have a final battle then the whole world sees that Voldemort has returned.This is a really good book and one of the best Harry Potters and I would highly recommend it.
The book I have read is By Royal Command by Charlie Higson.This is Charlie Higsons fifth book about James Bond when he was 13 years old.Its starts with James who has just had a big adventure in mexico(the fourth book).His school is having a trip at kitzbuhel in Austria for a ski-ing trip on the mountains.After the trip he goes back to his school (Eton) where he finds a really strict head of the year.He saves the king and then has to flee back to Austria back to where all the trouble began.This is a really good book and would highly reccommend it to all ages but mostly boys.
I have been reading Fighting Back by Catherine Macphail itis about a girl called Kerry and her mum they have just moved in to there new house in a big estate block the estate is a total wreck and there is alot of gangs and one of the boys from the gangs strats talkin to her the boy is called ming.One of the girls called tess strats to pick on her then one night thy have a fight and kerry wins so tess tells her mum who basicly runs tthe estate she sets the flat kerry and her mum stays in on fire the police find out it was them so they get arrested and kerrry and her mum live happily ever after
I read the book HARRY POTTER and the goblet of fire by J.K. ROWLING.Its about a boy called harry who goes to hogwartz and try's for the triwizard cup.Harry plays in events against 3 other people the events are flying,swimming then a maze to find the cup.Cedric and Harry go in the maze and meet up and see the triwizard cup both harry and cedric run for it and the maze try's and grabs there legs with tentacles.The maze grabs Cedric's legs and try's to pull him in then harry stops and gets Cedric out .They both grab the triwizard cup and it is a port key which leads to the graveyard where voldemort is .Voldemort kills Cedric and harry penetrates voldemort's curse then runs and takes Cedric and himself back to Hogwartz. Harry is awarded the triwizard cup. This is a really good book and i would recommend it to age's 8 and over.
The book i have been reading is called Monsters School by Gary Kilworth.The book is about a boy called Tommy who is going to a school.His mother looks up the newspaper and sends him to a school called kraken high school the best school in the country. He goes to the school and finds out his mother had read it wrong it actually said kraken high school the beast school in the country.Tommy meets all the beasts and they have an athletic team and Tommy is in charge of it.He trains the beasts to be athletics and helps them win the final score is 40 to St Sebastian's and 41 to kraken high school.I would recommend this book to people who like short books.
I have read Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix.In the beggining Harry is at his uncles house he goeas out a walk then he meets his cousin dudly dudly hits him two Dementers come and attack them harry saves himself and dudly.when he gets back two his house his uncle an aunt start shouting at him then he get expelled from hogwarts.Later on that night a group of wizards and witches come and take him two when he gets to Hogwart the ministry has taken control of hogwarts and there is no Defence against the dark arts teacher harry puts together a army of pupils called dumbeldores army in the end sirius harrys godfather gets giled by his own sister I think the book is amence
I have just read a book called ninja the beggining by Bendict Jacka. The story is about two people Ignis and Allandra who are on the run to escape from their drug baron of a father. they managed to find a sanctuary deep in the forrest.it is a very good adventure. I definetly recomend this book to people who likes a good exciting book . I dont think girls will like this book but i really like it and would buy it in a shop
I Have Been reading Jimmy Coates Target By Joe Craig.
It is about Jimmy coates who is a genetically improved Test tube baby who has been designed to kill...
But when he is Asked to assasinate someone he says no and become an outlaw but by instinct he kills them, Jimmy is afraid that he will start to kill everyone for no reason...
His Mother and his friends are hiding in france incase the brittish arrest him.He has to keep on the move because the british are constantly on his tail...
I think this is a good book and i recomend it to anyone.
I have read the book called The Blue Death which is a really exhiting book i think.It is set in London ,1854 in Soho where 500 people died in agony.this is cholera-invisible and apparently invincible.It is about a doctor called dr john snow who is trying to find the cure for a disease called cholera.When he finds the cure everyone ignores him but in the end he convinces them and they see that it works.So he manages to cure lots of people and i think you should read it.
The book i have been reading ids called Billy and the seagulls by Paul May. This book is about a boy called Eddie and he tells us about his little brother called billy. He is scared of everything and eddie is getting tired of him. They move to the seasidse and there is a alot of seagulls and billy gets scared of them. When they go to their new school at breack billy gets scared of the seagulls and starts to cry. Everyone at their new scyhool thinks that Billy is strange.
Eddie has to figure out a way to make Billy not be scared of things.
I thought this book was ok. I thought that it was a bit easy to read.
